Chairmans submission

I think the chairmans submission explains what the team is mostly about and that its not some program were we bulid robots and then start buliding another. The page also says things that we do like FRC and FLL and not just that also NURC and other things. Also talks about STEM which i think its good so more people can get involved with it and it says that its not all about the robot its about buliding respect and friendship and how we work together and not just one person.
